I want to thank Gold Construction for their work in my building. They went above and beyond what I expected. They came into a large mess and turned the building into a beautiful building.

They worked hard at replacing a lot of the plasterboard, leaving no mess from their work. They worked behind plaster that was taped to the ceiling, walls, and floor to keep any dust and dirt down. We are older people and a lot of dust and dirt could have been bad for our health.

When they get to the matching the paint and other things that are 24 years old, they went above and beyond to make the building look like it did before the damage.

They even matched the feather painting chair rail, woodwork, and border that was damaged. The border was 24 years old and all through the building. Everything is beautiful, if you had not seen the building before the damage, you would never know anything happened.

Everything matches. They rehung the pictures and mirrows after they cleaned them. Yes, they cleaned and repaired the mirrors that had fallen. They changed all the glass in the pictures, mirrors and the glass top tables that were in each floor.

In my opinion, Gold Construction is a great company to have work for you. Their employees are very nice and care about their work. I would have them do work in my unit.
